Furniture Delivery

Furniture orders within the Portland Metro area are delivered for free!

All other orders are shipped via Blanket Wrap (AKA White Glove) or Freight delivery. All shipping charges are billed according to your shipping address after checkout. It can take a couple of weeks to arrange a courier pick-up. If you're in Oregon, Washington, or even California, transit may only take a day or two. If you’re further out like on the East Coast, it could take up to a month. Please reach out for further questions or to request detailed delivery information and quotes to your address.

How Is Your Furniture Finished?

It’s sealed with durable, penetrating hard wax oils used in the flooring industry, that leave a natural feel and low sheen, remarkably resistant to scuffs and liquids for a non-plasticky finish derived solely from plant-based oils & waxes. It’s easy to refresh with maintenance products, and simple to spot repair with age, needing no special skills or tools to apply. Secondary parts, like our bed frame slat structure, is left raw and unsealed.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All of our work is carefully handmade, so we do not accept returns or offer cancellations. That said, if there are any issues with your order, we’ll work with you to resolve them.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work quickly to repair or exchange it.
