Black Cherry is revered for its stability and ease of woodwork-ability. Grown in the Eastern United States, it has a nice salmon color when first cut, but can age to a darker cherry brown with time with exposure to UV light. These cherry cutting boards are made of offcuts from our furniture making work.

Sealed with pure tung oil; a durable, food-safe, and environmentally friendly finish that hardens deep in the wood fibers. Easily refreshed with a cutting board wax of your choosing.
