The Northwest Butcher Block is constructed to uncompromising standards with hand selected, seamlessly joined pieces of end-grain walnut, oak, and maple.

When conditioned regularly, end-grain heals many scars left behind by knife work, and keeps your knives sharper, making for an exceptionally durable cutting board.

Legs give lift to the board and rubber feet make for a sturdy work surface.

Each Northwest Block is sealed with multiple coats of deeply penetrating mineral oil & beeswax. This food safe, non hardening maintenance finish allows you to cut through it, but needs to be regularly reapplied to maintain performance and luster.
